Development of onshore wind farms at the lowest possible social costs and integrated into the environment as best as possible.

Subcommittee on space
Committee in which all spatial matters such as noise and nature are discussed in context. This subcommittee falls under the onshore wind committee.

Sound & drop shadow working group
Working group that focuses on policy and technology of noise and cast shadows. This working group falls under the subcommittee on space

Nature working group
Working group in which various aspects of nature policy are discussed, such as dealing with bird and bat victims and nature-inclusive wind projects. This working group falls under the subcommittee on space.

Obstacle lighting working group
Working group that deals with obstacle lighting and technical options to limit the nuisance as much as possible through proximity detection. This working group falls under the subcategory of onshore wind space.

External safety working group
Working group in which various aspects of external safety are discussed with the aim of operating safely and at the same time allowing as much space as possible for wind on and around industrial estates. This working group falls under the subcommittee on space for onshore wind.

Subcommittee on Finance
This committee is concerned with all financial aspects of wind projects such as the SDE++ and its successor. This subcommittee falls under the onshore wind committee.

Subcommittee on Existing Parks
Subcommittee in which the interests and challenges of existing wind farms are discussed, such as extended lifespan. This subcommittee falls under the onshore wind committee.

Participation working group
Working group in which policy and experiences of process and financial participation are discussed.

Working group on land tenders
Joint working group with Holland Solar examining how more wind (and sun) can be realized on government land.

Small wind working group
Working group aimed at members who deal with small (farm) wind turbines.
